जम्मू कश्मीर के राज्यपाल सत्यपाल मलिक ने कहा कि शुक्रवार की प्रार्थना के बाद पथराव होना लगभग बंद हो गया है। हम मुख्यधारा में वापस आना चाहते हैं, इसके लिए योजनाएँ बनाई जा रही हैं, लेकिन यह सच है कि अगर सामने से गोलीबारी होती है तो आप गुलदस्ते नहीं दे सकते। जनरल साहब गोलियों का गोलियों से जवाब देंगे।

उन्होंने कहा कि हमें नेक इरादों के साथ काम करना चाहिए। जिस तरह से युवाओं को गुमराह किया जा रहा है कि वे स्वर्ग की ओर बढ़ेंगे ... उनके पास वास्तव में दो स्वर्ग हैं, एक कश्मीर में और दूसरा जो उन्हें बाद में मिलेगा यदि वे एक अच्छे मुस्लिम बने रहेंगे।

उन्होंने आगे कहा कि मुझे खुशी है कि मीरवाइज उमर फारूक ने ड्रग के खिलाफ बोला है, यह एक बड़ा खतरा है। यह बात यहां के युवाओं में फैल रही है। जम्मू में स्थिति खराब है, पंजाब इस कारण नष्ट हो रहा है।
