मिशन चंद्रयान-2 का नेतृत्व कर रहे इसरो प्रमुख के सिवन ने कहा कि अंतिम भाग को सही तरीके से निष्पादित नहीं किया गया था, उस चरण में केवल हमने लैंडर के साथ लिंक खो दिया था, और बाद में संचार स्थापित नहीं कर सका।

उन्होंने कहा कि पीएम हमारे लिए प्रेरणा और समर्थन का स्रोत हैं। उनके भाषण ने हमें प्रेरणा दी। उनके भाषण में, मैंने जो विशेष वाक्यांश नोट किया था कि विज्ञान को परिणामों के लिए नहीं देखा जाना चाहिए, लेकिन एक्सप्रीयंस और एक्सपरिमेंट के परिणाम के लिए नेतृत्व करेंगे।

उन्होंने बताया कि ऑर्बिटर का निर्दिष्ट जीवन काल केवल एक वर्ष था। लेकिन क्योंकि अभी हमारे पास ऑर्बिटर में अतिरिक्त ईंधन उपलब्ध है, इसलिए ऑर्बिटर के जीवन का अनुमान 7.5 साल है।
