कर्नाटक के सियासी संकट पर बोले सुरजेवाला- देश में उभर रही हॉर्स ट्रेडिंग की राजनीति
कर्नाटक की सत्तारूढ़ कांग्रेस-जेडीस गठबंधन की सरकार पर एक बार फिर संकट के बादल मंडरा गए हैं। शनिवार को कर्नाटक की सत्तारूढ़ गठबंधन की सरकार पर एक बार फिर संकट के बादल मंडरा रहे हैं। कांग्रेस-जेडीएस के 14 विधायकों ने अपना इस्तीफा सौंपा दिया है।

जानकारी के मुताबिक इन विधायकों में रमेश जर्कीहोली, एच विश्वनाथ, प्रताप गौड़ा पाटिल भी शामिल हैं। बताया जा रहा है कि जो विधायक विधानसभा अध्यक्ष के पास पहुंचे हैं उन्होंने अपने मोबाइल फोन भी बंद कर दिए हैं। हालांकि खबर है कि फिलहाल विधानसभा अध्यक्ष वहां पर मौजूद नहीं हैं।
वहीं इस सियासी संकट को देखते हुए कर्नाट के उपमुख्यमंत्री जी परमेश्वर और मंत्री डीके शिवकुमार ने बेंगलुरू में विधायकों और नेताओं की आपातकालीन बैठक बुलाई है।
कांग्रेस के विधायक रामालिंगा रेड्डी ने कहा कि मैं स्पीकर को अपना इस्तीफा सौंपने आया हूं, मुझे अपनी बेटी (कांग्रेस विधायक सौम्या रेड्डी) के बारे में पता नहीं है। वह एक आजाद महिला हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि मैं पार्टी या हाईकमान में किसी को दोष नहीं देने जा रहा हूं। मुझे लगता है कि कुछ मुद्दों पर मेरी उपेक्षा की जा रही है। इसीलिए मैंने यह फैसला लिया है।

वहीं कर्नाटक सरकार के मंत्री डीके शिवकुमार ने कहा कि कोई भी इस्तीफा नहीं देगा, मैं उनसे (8 कांग्रेस और 3 जेडीएस विधायक जो विधानसभा स्पीकर कार्यालय पहुंचे थे) मिलने आया था।

वहीं भाजपा के सांसद जीवीएल नरसिम्हा राव ने कहा कि कर्नाटक के लोगों द्वारा कांग्रेस-जद (एस) गठबंधन को खारिज कर दिया गया है। लोकसभा चुनावों में गठबंधन के बावजूद, भाजपा ने भारी जनादेश हासिल किया। यह स्पष्ट रूप से लोगों के मूड को दर्शाता है। विधायक निश्चित रूप से गठबंधन के खिलाफ जनता के गुस्से का खामियाजा भुगत रहे हैं।

कांग्रेस-जेडीएस के विधायकों के इस्तीफों पर भाजपा नेता डीवी सदानंद गौड़ा ने कहा कि उन्होंने (विधायकों) सोचा कि यह पार्टी से बाहर आने का समय है और उन्होंने इस्तीफा दे दिया क्योंकि उन्हें लगा कि विधायक के रूप में बने रहना उनके निर्वाचन क्षेत्र और राज्य के बड़े हित के लिए अच्छा नहीं है।

डीवी सदानंद गौड़ा से जब पूछा गया कि क्या कर्नाटक में भाजपा सरकार बनाएगी तो जवाब में उन्होंने कहा कि राज्यपाल के पास सर्वोच्च अधिकार है। जनादेश के अनुसार वह हमें बुलाते हैं तो निश्चित रूप से हम सरकार बनाने के लिए तैयार हैं। हम सबसे बड़ी पार्टी हैं।

जेडीएस के विधायक एच विश्वनाथ ने पत्रकारों को बताया कि कर्नाटक में कांग्रेस-जेडीएस गठबंधन के अबतक 14 विधायक सरकार के खिलाफ अपना इस्तीफा दे चुके हैं। हमने अपना इस्तीफा स्वीकार करने के लिए स्पीकर को लिखा। गठबंधन सरकार कर्नाटक के लोगों की उम्मीदों पर खरी नहीं उतरी।

उन्होंने कहा कि हमने कर्नाटक विधानसभा अध्यक्ष को इस्तीफा सौंप दिया है। उन्होंने हमें आश्वासन दिया कि वह मंगलवार तक निर्णय ले लेंगे। इस सरकार ने अपने कामकाज में सभी को विश्वास में नहीं लिया। इसलिए हमने आज स्वेच्छा से इस्तीफा दे दिया है।
