SC ने EVM, VVPAT और ETS की प्रमाणिकता को लेकर EC से दो हफ्ते के भीतर मांगा जवाब
सुप्रीम कोर्ट (SC) ने मंगलवार को ईवीएम (EVM), वीवीपैट (VVPAT) और ईवीएम ट्रैकिंग सॉफ्टवेयर (ETS) की प्रमाणिकता को लेकर दायर जनहित याचिका (PIL) पर चुनाव आयोग (EC) से दो सप्ताह के भीतर जवाब मांगा है। यह याचिका मुंबई के वकील सुनील अह्या की ओर दाखिल की गई है।

अपनी याचिका में सुनील अह्या ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट से इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वोटिंग मशीन (EVM) के खिलाफ शिकायत झूठी निकलने पर छह महीने की जेल का कानूनी प्रावधान करने की भी मांग की है।
