Jammu Kashmir : धारा 370 खत्म, महबूबा मुफ्ती और उमर अब्दुल्ला गिरफ्तार, राज्यसभा में जम्मू-कश्मीर पुनर्गठन विधेयक पास
आज सुबह पीएम आवास पर मोदी कैबिनेट में बड़ा फैसला लिया गया। बैठक खत्म होने के तुरंत बाद गृह मंत्री अमित शाह संसद पहुंचे और राज्यसभा में जम्मू-कश्मीर से धारा 370 हटाने की सिफारिश की। एक धारा को छोड़ सभी धाराओं को संशोधन किया गया। सरकार के इस फैसले को राष्ट्रपति ने भी अपनी मंजूरी दे दी। इस दौरान राज्यसभा में अमित शाह के बयान के बाद विपक्ष ने सदन में जोरदार हंगामा किया। इसको लेकर भारत सरकार का राजपत्र भी जारी हो गया है। मोदी सरकार के इस फैसले से कई विपक्षी दल नाराज है तो कई ने इस फैसले का स्वागत किया है। खुद जेडीयू ने तीन तलाक के बाद धारा 370 का विरोध किया है।

कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता कपिल सिब्बल ने कहा कि आज हमें यह सोचना चाहिए कि हम यहां क्यों हैं और लोकतंत्र में क्या शामिल होना चाहिए। मुझे पता है कि विधेयक पारित हो जाएगा क्योंकि आपने बहुमत बनाया है, इसलिए हम इसके बारे में कुछ नहीं कर सकते हैं। आप इसे एक ऐतिहासिक क्षण कहते हैं, केवल इतिहास न्याय करेगा कि यह ऐतिहासिक था या नहीं।

अनुच्छेद 370 को लेकर कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह ने कहा कि आप इसे संसद में ला सकते हैं, आप चर्चा कर सकते हैं, यदि दोनों सदनों में दो तिहाई बहुमत उपलब्ध है तो आप संविधान में बदलाव कर सकते हैं, आप 35 ए, 370 या जो कुछ भी कर सकते हैं उसे दूर कर सकते हैं।

पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह ने कहा कि किसी भी कानूनी प्रावधानों का पालन किए बिना भारत के संविधान को फिर से लिखा गया है। इस तरह के ऐतिहासिक फैसले को इस तरह से मनमाने तरीके से नहीं लिया जाना चाहिए।
